ourmealplan is an app for saving recipes, planning meals and making grocery lists, run by Secore Software Inc. (“Secore”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using ourmealplan you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The service
ourmealplan is free during its beta. Features may change, be added or be removed while we improve it, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We’ll give notice before introducing any paid plan, and nothing you already have will be charged without your agreement.
Your account
You need an account to save your recipes and plans to the cloud. Keep your sign-in details to yourself and let us know through our contact page if you think someone else has used your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account.
Your content
The recipes, notes, plans, lists and photos you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run ourmealplan for you (for example, to show them on your devices and build your grocery list). Only save content you have the right to save; recipes copied from websites and cookbooks remain their authors’ work and are for your personal use.
AI features and estimates
Some features use AI to read recipes from links, photos and text, suggest ideas and estimate nutrition. These results can be wrong. Check imported recipes before you cook, and treat nutrition figures as rough estimates, not medical or dietary advice. Always check ingredients yourself for allergies.
Other services
Optional features connect to other services, such as Google sign-in, recipe websites, and grocery ordering through Kroger or Instacart. Their own terms apply when you use them, and we aren’t responsible for their content, prices or orders.
Fair use
Please don’t misuse ourmealplan: no attempts to break or overload it, access other people’s accounts or data, or use it to send spam. We may suspend accounts that do.
Ending your account
You can stop using ourmealplan at any time, download a backup of your data from Profile, and ask us to delete your account through our contact page.
No warranty
ourmealplan is provided “as is”. We work to keep it reliable and your data safe, but to the extent the law allows we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, and we aren’t liable for indirect losses arising from its use.
Changes
If we change these terms we’ll update the date above, and for important changes we’ll tell you in the app or by email.
